I think im facing a bug : I can’t Open/preview “.docx” word documents in myReach. I believe the same thing I reported weeks ago is happening again (only with docx files this time). Last time, after a myReach update, we couldn’t open PDF files.
Thanks for your feedback. We have identified an issue with “.doc” files.
“.docx” files are working fine, the issue is with “.doc” which aren’t being processed correctly.
Our tech team is working on it, I will let you know as soon as it’s been fixed!
