Hi when I try to ask question to chat section I got eror message "something went wrong " last 24 hours. Is it general problem ?

Thank you for writing us - yes indeed since Sunday evening we are experiencing an issue with one of our databases.
This issue is making it unable to learn the content of a node. Amongst other thing related issues. This means that currently the chat won’t be able to answer us toons on newly saved items.
We’re working round the clock to fix this - will keep you posted once it’s solved
