I would like the recommended tags to list existing tags as well as potential new ones.

Thanks for your feedback! I’m actually super please to announce that we have been working on that very functionality for the last 2 months!!
We are polishing the last few bits but if all goes well should be able to release the first version of our new recommendation engine in the next few weeks!! 
Will keep you posted as soon as we have it ready for release!!
