Currently Rich is only able to learn the content of the items you save – the idea with this feature is for him to equally be able to learn all the comments and properties of any specific node so you can ask more specific questions whilst chatting with Rich about information that appears exclusively in the properties of a node

That’s a major improvement. I’m a bit surprised he wasn’t doing this already. I’d have thought it would be comparatively easy to make him parse the generated metadata that makes a PKM more than just a stack of files, since that’s more consistent than arbitrary content.
The issue for Rich more than learning the content of the properties and comments was actually understanding its meaning and context so that it can answer specific questions
