I saw from the myreach web site mentioning that “it is encrypted”
can someone share how are the data encrypted. Can we use end user defined passphrase for encryption?

Hi Andrew,
Thank you for asking!
myReach encrypts your data aligning with industry-tested and accepted standards. We use TLS 1.3 to encrypt and protect your data in transit. The SSL certificate for the myReach platform uses a 2048-bit RSA key. The mix of ciphers suites and TLS protocols provides a balance of strong encryption for browsers that support it and backward compatibility for legacy clients that need it.
In addition to the above, myReach also uses AES-256 bit encryption to secure your database connection credentials and data stored at rest.
Regarding user defined passphrase encryption, I will comment more in the following post.
Hope this answers your question
