Today, I opened myReach and couldn’t access my nodes! The knowledge base appears empty, but when I check the usage, it shows I have nodes. This has never happened before, how can this be solved?

The issue has been solved. There was an inconsistency in your custom properties, which caused your workspace to seemingly appear empty. It has now been resolved and you will find everything back to normal.
