Chat accessing your Uploaded Knowledge data

Hi, I’m learning Rich and I’m wondering if this chat be trained on our data.
Everytime I try to discuss subjects related to the data i have uploaded it says it doesnt have any access and cant be trained on my data. Am I doing something wrong?

Yes, Rich is trained on your data. With regards to your issue, there are two things to consider:

  1. Has your data been “learned”

Rich can only provide information about your data if it has successfully learned the node in question. Nodes are learned automatically when you save them to myReach.

You can see the AI status of each node (whether it’s been learned or not) in the Properties Tab of the node.

If it fails to learn, it’s because it was unable to read and extract the content.


  1. How are you asking your questions

Rich is smart, but it needs context and specific questions to understand what you’re looking for. The more precise your questions are, the better the answers will be.

For instance, instead of saying: “Summarise my latest meeting notes”, say “Summarise the notes from the meeting about ACME’s strategy”.
