Assistant issue - "I'm sorry, but I don't have enough information to answer"

Hello, when using the chat in the Knowledge Base tab everything works fine, but If I’m using the Assistant I constantly get “I’m sorry, but I don’t have enough information to answer.” - No matter whether I’m selecting one or multiple workspaces as context.

The Assistant in your myReach account answers questions about all the information that you have saved in your Knowledge Base – essentially all of your files, websites, notes, etc.

To get answers about myReach, it’s best to check out the handbook. There you can find all the information about myReach, the different features, functionalities, etc.

To answer your question, “How to export myReach data?”:
Go to Profile > Account > Export myReach Data (at the bottom of the page)
