Hi, I’ve been a user for some time but hadn’t logged on for a couple of months. I just reset my password and it seems to have created a new account with no association with my previous account or data.
Can you help with this please?

We have checked our database, and it looks like you have 2 accounts.
One is empty and registration was completed today. The other was created in October 2023, I believe you’ll find all your data in that account.
