Create whatsapp Synchronization

Thanks for your message and for the suggestion – we briefly looked a few months back on how to make a whatsapp integration but didn’t find a reliable and simple solution which is why we put it on ice.
I hadn’t heard about Symphony before, but looking briefly into it, it seems to be more of a client communication platform for companies. Could you please elaborate a bit more on how you imagine that integration working with myReach.
